Terms and Conditions

When you book a shoot with me, you agree to the following conditions. Please make sure you read them carefully.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations on bookings with 5 days notice (1 week) are charged at 75% of the total fee.
Cancellations on bookings with less than 24 hours notice are charged at 100% of the total fee.

There is a reschedule fee of £100 if you change a date within 5 working days. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, this reschedule fee is £195.

I reluctantly have these fees in place, but last minute cancellations and reschedules can leave me with no time to fill the booking. Please book a shoot when you know you can commit to it going ahead.

Additional Fees:

All basic editing is included within the photography day rate, which includes colour balancing, cropping and light balancing. This also includes one round of basic retouching to remove crumbs etc, but is capped to 20 images. Further edits will be charged at £40ph. More complex retouching is charged at £50ph and sometimes a retoucher may be outsourced, depending on the project. This will be discussed with the client prior to organising.

Editing for video is currently charged at £75ph.

Travel costs vary and are project dependent.

A full day shoot is 7 hours, based on a normal 9am-5pm working day with a lunch break. This is flexible, and you can choose to shoot 9-4 etc to suit your needs.

If the shoot overruns, this time is charged at £200ph.

If you book a full day, but only use half of this time, the rate agreed when you booked is still the rate due. Please feel free to discuss your shot list and requirements before booking.

My payment terms are 30 days from the shoot date. Please discuss this with me if this is not possible. Payment plans are available on request.
