Remote Shooting

I started remote shooting in 2020, when I turned my parents garage into a studio during lockdown! Fast forward a few years, and its still a popular option for lots of my clients. It means that they can organise and plan the shoot with me, send me all the products, and then let me crack on with the shoot. It’s great for homeware and food brands, and I can either shoot at my own home for a lifestyle setting, or create studio set ups with backdrops and lighting.

How it Works:

  • We organise the shoot, discussing shot lists, props and visual style of email or video call.

  • You arrange products and props to be sent to me. I can also source props for a small fee.

  • I shoot the products remotely, sending you shots on the day so that you can check you’re happy.

  • I edit and send the photos to you via Wetransfer.

  • I can arrange your products and props to be sent back to you, or store them with me for a small fee.

If clients would like monthly content for socials, I can work on recipe creation and mood boards based on popular trends. Here are some photos to give you an idea of an at home recipe shoot. I prepare, cook, style and shoot all of the recipes.

I can also create studio set ups with lighting to shoot both drinks and food brands, like the imagery here for Sakebana.
